# Chat AI vs Bots

The clearest difference is update cadence: Bots at every 5 days against Chat AI's monthly. Chat AI's advantage is review sentiment (58% vs 43%) and ratings volume (15K vs 1.3K). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chat AI sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Bots sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Chat AI against 4.6 for Bots. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chat AI has 15K ratings behind it against 1.3K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 58% of Chat AI's written reviews are positive against 43% of Bots's.

Chat AI ships an update monthly, Bots every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
