# MED ACE vs CoMind Academy

The clearest difference is monetization model: CoMind Academy at free with in-app purchases against MED ACE's subscription. CoMind Academy also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). MED ACE's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (102 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MED ACE holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MED ACE has 102 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MED ACE ships an update every 2 months, CoMind Academy every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
