# MED ACE vs ABC Academy

The clearest difference is rating: ABC Academy at 5.0 against MED ACE's 4.3. ABC Academy also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). MED ACE's advantage is ratings volume (102 vs 3) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ABC Academy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MED ACE has 102 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MED ACE ships an update every 2 months, ABC Academy every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
