# LanguagePro vs Mangonote

The clearest difference is rating: Mangonote at 4.7 against LanguagePro's 4.4. LanguagePro's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LanguagePro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Mangonote sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mangonote holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 77 and 41 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of LanguagePro's written reviews are positive against 80% of Mangonote's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
