# AI ChatBot vs ChatMax

The clearest difference is ratings volume: AI ChatBot at 387 against ChatMax's 11. ChatMax's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI ChatBot sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year and ChatMax sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for AI ChatBot against 4.6 for ChatMax. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AI ChatBot has 387 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AI ChatBot ships an update every 6 weeks, ChatMax every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
