# Dynamic X vs Status Bartender

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Status Bartender at 100% against Dynamic X's 32%. Status Bartender also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 9 months). Dynamic X's advantage is rating (3.9 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (61 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dynamic X sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Status Bartender sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dynamic X holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dynamic X has 61 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of Dynamic X's written reviews are positive against 100% of Status Bartender's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dynamic X ships an update every 9 months, Status Bartender every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
