# Timer vs Timers

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Timers at none against Timer's 5. Timers also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.4) and device support (3 vs 1). Timer's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (471 vs 54). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Timers asks for nothing beyond the download.

Timers holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Timer has 471 ratings behind it against 54, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Timer ships an update every 4 days, Timers monthly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
