# Screen Recorder vs Auto Clicker

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Auto Clicker at none against Screen Recorder's 10. Auto Clicker also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Screen Recorder's advantage is ratings volume (416 vs 13). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Screen Recorder sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Auto Clicker asks for nothing beyond the download.

Auto Clicker holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Screen Recorder has 416 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Screen Recorder ships an update fortnightly, Auto Clicker every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
