# Our Mindset vs MuzMates

The clearest difference is ads: MuzMates at none against Our Mindset's shown. MuzMates also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 8 days). Our Mindset's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Our Mindset against 5.0 for MuzMates. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Our Mindset has 17 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Our Mindset ships an update every 8 days, MuzMates every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
