The clearest difference is rating: 0.3MP Camera at 4.8 against Retro Pixel Camera's 4.0. 0.3MP Camera also leads on ratings volume (10K vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). Retro Pixel Camera's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
