# ImeGen vs Mist.

The clearest difference is ads: Mist. at none against ImeGen's shown. Mist. also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1). ImeGen's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly) and iOS requirement (8.2 vs 15.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ImeGen sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Mist. sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
