# NICE DIGI vs HPLink

The clearest difference is rating: NICE DIGI at 2.4 against HPLink's 1.6. NICE DIGI also leads on ratings volume (57 vs 9). HPLink's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and review sentiment (50% vs 22%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NICE DIGI holds the better App Store score, 2.4 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NICE DIGI has 57 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of NICE DIGI's written reviews are positive against 50% of HPLink's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NICE DIGI ships an update every 6 months, HPLink every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
