# Ceretone vs Blaids

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ceretone at 50% against Blaids's 0%. Blaids's advantage is rating (3.3 vs 2.7) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Blaids holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Ceretone's written reviews are positive against 0% of Blaids's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ceretone ships an update every 3 months, Blaids every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
