# MoodWatch + vs The Ark

The clearest difference is review sentiment: The Ark at 100% against MoodWatch +'s 50%. The Ark also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MoodWatch + sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.69 per 7 days and The Ark sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
