# Tjime vs ThinkDrop

The clearest difference is ads: ThinkDrop at none against Tjime's shown. ThinkDrop also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Tjime's advantage is ratings volume (52 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tjime sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and ThinkDrop sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ThinkDrop holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tjime has 52 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 85% of Tjime's written reviews are positive against 100% of ThinkDrop's.

Tjime ships an update every 3 weeks, ThinkDrop every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
