# Ultimate Focus vs Moment

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ultimate Focus at every 3 weeks against Moment's every 2 months. Ultimate Focus also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ultimate Focus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Moment sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ultimate Focus ships an update every 3 weeks, Moment every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
