# Ultimate Focus vs Took!

The clearest difference is rating: Ultimate Focus at 4.6 against Took!'s 3.3. Ultimate Focus also leads on ratings volume (183 vs 3) and device support (6 vs 1). Took!'s advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ultimate Focus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Took! sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ultimate Focus holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ultimate Focus has 183 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of Ultimate Focus's written reviews are positive against 91% of Took!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ultimate Focus ships an update every 3 weeks, Took! every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
