# AI Chat vs AI Chat 6.0

AI Chat and AI Chat 6.0 both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 72% of AI Chat 6.0's written reviews are positive against 39% of AI Chat's. AI Chat 6.0 also leads on ratings volume (54K vs 1.9K) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI Chat sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and AI Chat 6.0 sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
