# AI vs ModCar

The clearest difference is ads: AI at none against ModCar's shown. AI also leads on device support (3 vs 1). ModCar's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 12 months). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and ModCar sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AI ships an update every 12 months, ModCar every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
