# WorkHarder Gym vs SynergenX

WorkHarder Gym and SynergenX both sit at 3.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of WorkHarder Gym's written reviews are positive against 63% of SynergenX's. SynergenX's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 18 months) and ratings volume (70 vs 5). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SynergenX holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SynergenX has 70 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of WorkHarder Gym's written reviews are positive against 63% of SynergenX's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WorkHarder Gym ships an update every 18 months, SynergenX every 5 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
