# Fitglow vs Stark Gym

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stark Gym at every 2 days against Fitglow's every 4 months. Fitglow's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fitglow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Stark Gym sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fitglow ships an update every 4 months, Stark Gym every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
