# Fitglow vs Palvik

The clearest difference is update cadence: Palvik at every 3 days against Fitglow's every 7 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fitglow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Palvik sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fitglow ships an update every 7 months, Palvik every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
