# Break Ultimate vs Globby

The clearest difference is rating: Break Ultimate at 4.5 against Globby's 3.3. Break Ultimate also leads on ratings volume (133 vs 4). Globby's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 42%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Break Ultimate sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Globby sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Break Ultimate holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Break Ultimate has 133 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of Break Ultimate's written reviews are positive against 60% of Globby's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Break Ultimate ships an update every 8 days, Globby fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
