# AI vs Digital U

The clearest difference is update cadence: Digital U at every 3 weeks against AI's every 3 months. AI's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Digital U sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AI ships an update every 3 months, Digital U every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 15, 2026 and June 1, 2026 respectively.
