# OrNET VPN vs Decode

The clearest difference is update cadence: OrNET VPN at every 2 weeks against Decode's every 2 months. OrNET VPN also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OrNET VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and Decode sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
