# EC Ministries vs TAB

The clearest difference is update cadence: EC Ministries at daily against TAB's every 3 weeks. EC Ministries also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). TAB's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for EC Ministries against 5.0 for TAB. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TAB has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

EC Ministries ships an update daily, TAB every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
