The clearest difference is rating: Griot at 4.8 against OMEGA NETWORK's 4.1. Griot also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 61%) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). OMEGA NETWORK's advantage is ratings volume (172 vs 4) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
