# Celedom vs Herd

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Celedom at none against Herd's 1. Herd's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Herd sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Celedom asks for nothing beyond the download.

Celedom ships an update monthly, Herd fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
