# VideoLink vs ScoreAid

The clearest difference is rating: ScoreAid at 5.0 against VideoLink's 1.8. ScoreAid also leads on update cadence (daily vs monthly). VideoLink's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ScoreAid sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. VideoLink asks for nothing beyond the download.

ScoreAid holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VideoLink has 40 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

VideoLink ships an update monthly, ScoreAid daily. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
