# Certifyde vs Skillsta

The clearest difference is ads: Skillsta at none against Certifyde's shown. Skillsta also leads on ratings volume (3.5K vs 15) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). Certifyde's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 58%) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Certifyde sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and Skillsta sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Certifyde holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Skillsta has 3.5K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 83% of Certifyde's written reviews are positive against 58% of Skillsta's.

Certifyde ships an update every 3 weeks, Skillsta every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
