# Symphony Sleep vs EGO Connect

The clearest difference is rating: EGO Connect at 4.8 against Symphony Sleep's 4.0. EGO Connect also leads on ratings volume (7.6K vs 1). Symphony Sleep's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EGO Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EGO Connect has 7.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Symphony Sleep's written reviews are positive against 67% of EGO Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Symphony Sleep ships an update weekly, EGO Connect every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
