# 问真八字 vs 简证

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 简证 at none against 问真八字's 3. 简证 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). 问真八字's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 问真八字 sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. 简证 asks for nothing beyond the download.

问真八字 ships an update monthly, 简证 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
