# Merge Bricks vs Lit

The clearest difference is ads: Lit at none against Merge Bricks's shown. Merge Bricks's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Merge Bricks sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Lit sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Merge Bricks ships an update every 2 weeks, Lit every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
