# Minipaper vs Appscreeny

The clearest difference is update cadence: Appscreeny at weekly against Minipaper's fortnightly. Appscreeny also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Minipaper sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Appscreeny sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Minipaper ships an update fortnightly, Appscreeny weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
