# GBE TV vs HopeVersity

The clearest difference is update cadence: HopeVersity at every 6 weeks against GBE TV's every 4 months. GBE TV's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GBE TV ships an update every 4 months, HopeVersity every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
