# Whatssub vs Subscription Tracker

The clearest difference is rating: Whatssub at 4.0 against Subscription Tracker's 1.0. Whatssub also leads on ratings volume (21 vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 10 days). Subscription Tracker's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 71%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Whatssub sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Subscription Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Whatssub holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Whatssub has 21 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Whatssub's written reviews are positive against 100% of Subscription Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Whatssub ships an update every 4 days, Subscription Tracker every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
