# WQLN vs NEPM

The clearest difference is rating: WQLN at 5.0 against NEPM's 3.7. WQLN also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 15 months). NEPM's advantage is ratings volume (28 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WQLN holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NEPM has 28 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

WQLN ships an update every 3 months, NEPM every 15 months. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
