# ASVAB PREP vs Mental Math

ASVAB PREP and Mental Math both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Mental Math's written reviews are positive against 72% of ASVAB PREP's. ASVAB PREP's advantage is ratings volume (956 vs 9) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ASVAB PREP sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per month and Mental Math sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mental Math holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ASVAB PREP has 956 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two.
