# Superintelligence vs AskAI

The clearest difference is rating: Superintelligence at 4.2 against AskAI's 3.0. Superintelligence also leads on ratings volume (754 vs 8). AskAI's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Superintelligence sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and AskAI sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Superintelligence holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Superintelligence has 754 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Superintelligence's written reviews are positive against 57% of AskAI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Superintelligence ships an update every 5 days, AskAI weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
