# ORTHDX vs Dutch Flow

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ORTHDX at none against Dutch Flow's 12. ORTHDX also leads on ratings volume (11 vs 1). Dutch Flow's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dutch Flow sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. ORTHDX asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for ORTHDX against 5.0 for Dutch Flow. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ORTHDX has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

ORTHDX ships an update every 2 months, Dutch Flow every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
