# Timesheet & Activity Log vs Clock In

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Timesheet & Activity Log at 100% against Clock In's 58%. Timesheet & Activity Log also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and device support (5 vs 2). Clock In's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.6 vs 4.1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timesheet & Activity Log sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Clock In sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Clock In holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Clock In has 104 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Timesheet & Activity Log's written reviews are positive against 58% of Clock In's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Timesheet & Activity Log ships an update every 4 months, Clock In weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
