# Wheels vs SkateLoop

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: SkateLoop at 18.0 against Wheels's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wheels sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and SkateLoop sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wheels ships an update monthly, SkateLoop every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
