# Fantasy vs Ticker

The clearest difference is rating: Fantasy at 5.0 against Ticker's 3.4. Fantasy also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 63%) and device support (3 vs 1). Ticker's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fantasy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.00 per month and Ticker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fantasy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ticker has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Fantasy's written reviews are positive against 63% of Ticker's.

Fantasy ships an update every 8 days, Ticker every 11 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
