# Freedom Gorilla vs Pushcard

The clearest difference is ads: Pushcard at none against Freedom Gorilla's shown. Pushcard also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 5 weeks) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Freedom Gorilla's advantage is ratings volume (120 vs 4). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Freedom Gorilla against 5.0 for Pushcard. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Freedom Gorilla has 120 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Freedom Gorilla ships an update every 5 weeks, Pushcard every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
