# Landlord Simulator vs Bid Wars

Landlord Simulator and Bid Wars both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 37% of Bid Wars's written reviews are positive against 16% of Landlord Simulator's. Bid Wars also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 5 weeks). Landlord Simulator's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 1.3K). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Landlord Simulator sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Bid Wars sells 22 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bid Wars holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Landlord Simulator has 16K ratings behind it against 1.3K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 16% of Landlord Simulator's written reviews are positive against 37% of Bid Wars's.

Landlord Simulator ships an update every 5 weeks, Bid Wars every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
