# Routine Planner vs IncaseD

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Routine Planner at 47 against IncaseD's 1. Routine Planner also leads on device support (5 vs 2). IncaseD's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Routine Planner sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and IncaseD sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

IncaseD holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Routine Planner has 47 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Routine Planner ships an update every 2 months, IncaseD every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
