# Langs vs AITalk

The clearest difference is rating: Langs at 4.4 against AITalk's 3.7. Langs also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 10 days) and ratings volume (9 vs 3). AITalk's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Langs sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and AITalk sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Langs holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Langs's written reviews are positive against 100% of AITalk's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Langs ships an update every 4 days, AITalk every 10 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
