# Salus | سالس vs Feed Meals

The clearest difference is rating: Salus | سالس at 4.8 against Feed Meals's 2.9. Salus | سالس also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Feed Meals's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and review sentiment (65% vs 57%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Salus | سالس holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Salus | سالس has 182 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Salus | سالس's written reviews are positive against 65% of Feed Meals's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Salus | سالس ships an update every 6 weeks, Feed Meals every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
