# Coffee Note vs Tsukemono

The clearest difference is update cadence: Coffee Note at every 3 weeks against Tsukemono's every 4 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Coffee Note sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and Tsukemono sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Coffee Note ships an update every 3 weeks, Tsukemono every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
