# Amorom vs IceOps

The clearest difference is review sentiment: IceOps at 100% against Amorom's 22%. IceOps also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.1) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 weeks). Amorom's advantage is ratings volume (25 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IceOps holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Amorom has 25 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 22% of Amorom's written reviews are positive against 100% of IceOps's.

Amorom ships an update every 5 weeks, IceOps every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
